(3)Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain a high standard of service.
(4)Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating showroom staff performance.
(5)Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers.
(6)Ensure showroom displays are well-organized and updated regularly.
(1) Minimum 3 years of experience as Operation Manager in related field.
