Job Description

  • နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ တာဝန်များကို Assign ချပြီး၊ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်များကို စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • လုပ်ငန်းမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများအတိုင်း လိုက်နာမှုရှိစေရန် စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Customer Compliant များကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly report များကို တင်ပြပေးခြင်း။
  • အခြားလိုအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည့်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂–၃) နှစ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Leadership Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Problem-Solving ကိုယ်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Reporting / Planning / Basic Computer Skill ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
