Job Description

Support daily operations and coordinate with internal teams
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, and social media
Maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention
Perform admin duties including documentation, scheduling, reports, and filing
Assist in meetings, events, and basic travel arrangements
Support PR activities and company communication when required
Prepare reports, minutes, and follow-up task lists

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Admin, or PR.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with willingness to learn and grow.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required.
