Job Description

  • Manage and maintain company Facebook Page and other social media platforms.
  • Create, plan, and schedule engaging content. (text, images, videos)
  • Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor page performance and prepare basic reports.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • At least (1) year experience in Social Media Management.
  • Strong communication skills in Myanmar. (English is a plus)
  • Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation and digital marketing.
  • Able to use Canva or similar design tools.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
