Job Description

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) according to business requirements.
  • Monitor stock replenishment and coordinate purchasing plans to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct price comparisons and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Coordinate product delivery arrangements with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Support import documentation processes and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain good supplier relationships.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and provide procurement updates to management.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Finance Departments for smooth procurement operations.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Purchasing Manager / CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing.
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory coordination.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with different departments.
