Assist in procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management and evaluating supplier proposals and quote as per management guideline
Manage procurement of goods across different countries, dealing with import/export regulations and customs
Ensure all procurement documentation, including contracts and import/export permits are complied with trade laws
Assist in maintaining positive relationships with international suppliers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly, while coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Coordinate the logistics of international shipments, including transportation, customs clearance and work with shipping companies to track and ensure smooth shipment, export and import processes
Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, cost and analysis and supply chain trends to management for review
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business international relations, supply chain management or related field.
Minimum 3 years experiences in logistics and supply chain management.
Knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations and procurements.
Good analytical and problem- solving skills, motivate & hardworking personality.
Must be able to travel both internationally and locally when required.
