Job Description

  • Manage product lifecycles, expand the parts portfolio, and source quality auto parts from local/international OEM and aftermarket suppliers at competitive prices.
  • Forecast demand to order parts, maintain optimal inventory levels, oversee receiving, labeling, special orders, and prevent stockouts or dead stock.
  • Set competitive pricing strategies, calculate profit margins, and manage part estimates to ensure overall department profitability.
  • Help customers identify and purchase correct parts, while collaborating with Service Managers to ensure parts availability for repair and maintenance jobs.
  • Conduct market research, track automotive trends, monitor competitor pricing, and analyze parts demand across different vehicle models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive parts management, sourcing, mechanic work, or car sales experience.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills for forecasting demand, inventory control, pricing, margin calculation, and using ERP/Excel software.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to lead a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Age under 40.
