Involves in KOL relationship management, regular follow-ups to KOLs
Promotes assigned company’s product range to both KOLs and prescribers.
Creating the network of contacts to penetrate targeted products into the market.
Managing activities, sales and development of assigned team and team members.
Monitor, record, and analyze sales data and feedback from the field, then evaluate solutions to closely work with management team to achieve maximum results.
Report to Product Manager in time.
Responsible for the sales development and marketing strategies of assigned areas.
Conduct detailed research and analyze market to increase products’ reach.
Participate in the branding and marketing activities to increase product’s awareness.
Develop and promote company products through all marketing channels such as arranging Webinars, Academic Seminars, RTD/RTM and Academic Symposiums.
Responsible for product performance, competitor activity analysis and market trend analysis.
Support medical representative's performance accordingly.
Requirements
M.B.B.S or B. Pharm Degree holder.
At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing field is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft office. (Excel, Power point, Words)
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork & Cheerful attitude.
Motivated & Initiative personality.
Able to work under pressure and get along well with others.
