Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager (PM) and Assistant Project Manager (APM) in monitoring project progress, timelines, material requirements, and manpower allocation.
  • Track critical project schedules and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize project delays and potential contractual penalties.
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of Drafter and Document Control (DC) teams.
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, drawings, documents, and other project-related information.
  • Coordinate urgent material requirements and support procurement activities when necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and other departments.
  • Coordinate operational activities and follow up on assigned project tasks.
  • Communicate with clients and assist in resolving project-related complaints and issues promptly.
  • Support the PM/APM in ensuring projects are completed according to schedule and requirements.

Requirements

  • AGTI, B.E. (Civil), M.E. (Civil), or equivalent Engineering Degree/Diploma.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or related industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Internet research, and AutoCAD.
  • Good understanding of project coordination, documentation, and construction processes.
  • Good command of Myanmar language and 4-Skill English communication.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
