Job Description

Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents for MEP works.
Monitor project budgets, variations, and payments.
Coordinate with design and project teams for accurate measurement and costing.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Assist in claims, procurement, and cost reporting.

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and costing software.
Strong understanding of MEP installation methods and material rates.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of tendering procedures, contracts, and cost reporting.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
