Job Description

Prepare bills of quantities, rate analysis, and cost estimates.
Monitor civil works budget and payments.
Coordinate with site teams for accurate measurements and reporting.
Assist in tendering, claims, and procurement documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
3–5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and measurement software.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and costing.
Ability to read drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Familiarity with contracts, tendering procedures, and project documentation.
