Job Description

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
  • Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Monitor project costs, report variances, and suggest cost-saving measures.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction cost management.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cost estimation tools.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
