Job Description

Reception ကွန်ပျူတာ၊ တယ်လီဖုန်း၊ Printer & Barcode များ ဖွင့်လှစ်၍ လိုင်းနှင့် စက်ပစ္စည်းများ ကောင်းမကောင်း စစ်ဆေးရမည်။
Internal/External Phone Call များအား ချက်ချင်းကိုင်ယူ၍ ယဉ်ကျေးချိုသာစွာ ကြိုဆိုနှုတ်ဆက်ပြီး Customer သိလိုသမျှကို ရှင်းလင်းဖြေကြားပေးရမည်။
Self-Patient များ၏ အချက်အလက်များကို Software Systems နှင့် စာအုပ် (၂) မျိုးလုံးတွင် Register သွင်းပေးရမည်။
ဆေးရုံ၊ ဆေးခန်းများနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Way များမှ ရောက်ရှိလာသော Patient’s Sample များကို Vc ဖွင့်၊ Tube ကပ်ပေးပြီး Sample အဝင်စာအုပ်နှင့် Sent Out စာရင်းသွင်းရမည်။
Self-Patients ငွေရှင်းပါက ရှင်းငွေလက်ခံ၍ Cashier ထံ သို့မဟုတ် Finance ထံ စနစ်တကျ အပ်နှံရမည်။
Lab Results များအား Registration Book တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေး လက်မှတ်ထိုး ထုတ်ယူပြီး Patient/B2B ဆေးရုံများသို့ ဖုန်းဆက်အကြောင်းကြားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် Runner အဖွဲ့ဖြင့် ပို့ဆောင်ပေးရမည်။
Runner Way များအတွက် TA Advanced အား Finance မှ ထုတ်ယူ၍ Runner များအား ထုတ်ပေးပြီး Excel တွင် Daily စာရင်းပြုစုရမည်။
Duty Shift ပြီးပါက Night/Day Receptionist များ သို့မဟုတ် Finance သို့ စာရင်း၊ ငွေကြေး၊ Cancel စာအုပ်နှင့် Over များကို တာဝန်ယူ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးရမည်။ Operation Supervisor ထံ Daily Report တင်ရမည်။

Requirements

အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ထားသူ (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Receptionist၊ Customer Service (သို့) Front Desk လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် ရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Microsoft Office နှင့် Clinic/Hospital Software အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Communication Skills၊ Customer Service Skills နှင့် Telephone Etiquette ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Data Entry နှင့် Record Keeping လုပ်ငန်းများကို တိကျစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Teamwork ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး အလုပ်ဖိအားအောက်တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Shift Duty နှင့် Weekend Duty များတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
