Job Description

Research topics for the Founder’s vlogs, speeches, interviews, and social media content.
Collect reliable information, statistics, market trends, and case studies from trusted sources.
Prepare concise and well-organized research briefs before content production.
Monitor Myanmar and international trends in real estate, business, technology, investment, and the economy.
Suggest new content and vlog ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
Support script preparation and improve presentation flow.
Review and fact-check all content before publication.
Organize research materials, references, and knowledge databases.
Attend meetings, business events, and site visits with the Founder when required.
Support special business and strategic projects assigned by the Founder.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Creative, and Media teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong written English and Myanmar.
Able to summarize complex information into simple insights.
Strong attention to detail.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Frequent local and international business travel opportunities when required.
