Job Description

ဆိုင်၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စနစ်တကျ လည်ပတ်နိုင်ရန် ကြီးကြပ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
အရောင်းဝန်ထမ်းများကို ဦးဆောင်ညွှန်ကြားပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်းအနေဖြင့် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြင့်မားအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
လစဉ် အရောင်း Target များကို ပြည့်မီရန် အရောင်းလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရေး Strategy များနှင့် Promotion Plan များကို ရေးဆွဲအကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ရမည်။
Customer Service အရည်အသွေးကောင်းမွန်စေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး Customer များ၏ မေးမြန်းချက်များနှင့် Complaint များကို တာဝန်ယူဖြေရှင်းပေးရန်။
ဝန်ထမ်းများအကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကောင်းမွန်စေရန် ညှိနှိုင်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးရန်။
Stock နှင့် Inventory များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး POS System ကို မှန်ကန်စွာ အသုံးပြုပေးရန်။
Sales Report များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
ဆိုင်၏ သန့်ရှင်းမှု၊ Product Display နှင့် Visual Merchandising ကို စံချိန်စံညွှန်းနှင့် ကိုက်ညီစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
ဝန်ထမ်းများအား Training ပေးခြင်းနှင့် Customer Handling Skill များ တိုးတက်လာစေရန် လမ်းညွှန်ပေးရန်။

Requirements

တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (သို့) တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
အသက် (၂၅ – ၃၅) နှစ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Mobile Phone ဆိုင် သို့မဟုတ် Retail ဆိုင်တွင် Supervisor အဖြစ် အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
အဖွဲ့အစည်းကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သော Leadership Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Customer နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရာတွင် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
အရောင်း Target များ ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး Sales Plan များ ရေးဆွဲနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Microsoft Excel, Word နှင့် POS Software များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Customer Complaint များကို စိတ်ရှည်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သော Problem-Solving Skill ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Customer Service Mindset ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Teamwork စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိပြီး အလုပ်တာဝန်များအပေါ် အပြည့်အဝ လိုက်နာသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
