Job Description

  • Achieve monthly retail sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead, coach, and support shop staff to improve performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment with relevant departments.
  • Manage daily cash collection and perform sales closing activities.
  • Ensure accurate stock receiving, issuing, and inventory control processes.
  • Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and overall store appearance.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operation standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Retail Sales and Store Management.
  • Experience in Automotive Retail is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage store operations and achieve sales targets effectively.
