Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures and policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
Organize safety training and awareness programs for staff.
Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, environmental regulations, and company safety standards.
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with project and operations teams to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in safety management or HSE roles.
Knowledge of Myanmar safety regulations and international standards.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work at multiple sites and handle emergency situations.
