Job Description

Dental Clinics, Hospitals နှင့် Dentist များထံသို့ Dental Lab တွင်ရနိုင်သော အရာများနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို တက်ကြွစွာ မိတ်ဆက်ခြင်း။
သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် အကြံဉာဏ်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် အသစ်အသစ် ဝယ်သူများရှာဖွေခြင်း။
Marketing Campaign များ၊ Promotions များ စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ကိုတက်ကြွစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်
Dental Product နှင့် Service များအကြောင်း အကောင်းဆုံးနားလည်ပြီး ဝယ်သူများအားရှင်းပြတင်ပြခြင်း။
Weekly & Monthly Sales Report များ တင်ပြခြင်း။
Competitor Analysis နှင့် Market Trends များကို စောင့်ကြည့်သုံးသပ်ခြင်း။

Requirements

Sales & Marketing Executive အဖြစ် အတွေ့အကြုံ (1-2 နှစ်) ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည် (Dental field နယ်ပယ်တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်)‌။
Dental Lab Service & Dental Products များအကြောင်း နားလည်သူ သေချာရှင်းပြပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တက်ကြွသန်မာသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Presentation Skill နှင့် Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
လိုအပ်လျှင် ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။
