Job Description

Customer များကို ကြိုဆိုကူညီပြီး product/service အကြောင်းအသေးစိတ်ရှင်းပြပေးရန်။
ဖုန်း၊ အွန်လိုင်း၊ walk-in inquiries များကို အချိန်မီဖြေကြားပေးရန်။
Quotation, invoice, delivery note, purchase order စသည့် sales documents များပြင်ဆင်ကူညီပေးရန်။
Customer orders များကို စနစ်တကျ စာရင်းသွင်းပြီး follow-up လုပ်ပေးရန်။
Delivery schedule များကို warehouse, driver, internal team နှင့် coordinate လုပ်ပေးရန်။
Stock availability စစ်ဆေးပြီး customer orders အတွက် arrange လုပ်ပေးရန်။
Warehouse team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ stock replenishment/stock requests များကို follow-up လုပ်ပေးရန်။
Promotion activities, product launches, event campaigns များတွင် sales & marketing team ကို support လုပ်ပေးရန်။
Daily sales record နှင့် customer inquiry record များ update လုပ်ပေးရန်။

Requirements

အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်သူ (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Sales/Customer Service လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁-၂) ရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
Communication skills ကောင်းပြီး customer service mindset ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Computer basic (MS Word, Excel) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Teamwork ကောင်းပြီး သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိရမည်။
သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်ရမည်။
