Job Description

Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their technical needs and requirements.
Provide expert-level technical support and consultation during the sales process.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Customize product solutions to meet specific customer needs and specifications.
Serve as the primary technical resource for clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Work closely with product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to effectively position the company’s offerings.
Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.
Train customers on the use and maintenance of products, as needed.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
Experience in the generator, power generation, industrial equipment, or machinery industry is an advantage.
Strong technical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Must be car driving and has license.
Willing to travel for customer visits, project sites, and business events.
