Job Description

  • Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare quotations and provide necessary sales information to customers.
  • Follow up customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Assist in implementing sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit sales activity updates.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with related departments.
  • Support sales events, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with branches to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Handle customer feedback and support customer relationship activities.
  • Provide Channel Sales Support to achieve sales objectives.
  • Support Social Media Marketing activities and online customer engagement.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing is preferred.
  • Sales & Marketing Certificate is preferred.
  • Good communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and marketing activities.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the Sales & Marketing field.
