Job Description

Develop and implement annual Sales & Marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Lead and manage Retail, Wholesale, and B2B Sales Teams to achieve business targets.
Achieve sales revenue, gross profit (GP), and collection targets.
Expand dealer, distribution, and business partner networks.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Develop effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor CRM activities and improve customer relationship management.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service and engagement strategies.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to improve performance.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse Departments to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers, dealers, and strategic business partners.
Plan, execute, and monitor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA qualification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management.
Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
Strong knowledge of sales strategy development, market expansion, and business development.
Experience in Automotive / Lubricant / Tyre / Spare Parts industries is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
