Job Description

Supervise and monitor daily sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination accurately and on time.
Support and lead sales teams to achieve company sales targets.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketing departments.
Maintain customer relationships and handle feedback professionally.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements

Any Graduate.
A Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Operations will be an added advantage.
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales operation or supervisory role (F&B industry preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
