Job Description

  • Promote and sell company products to customers and businesses.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Conduct client visits and product presentations to meet sales targets.
  • Negotiate deals according to company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
  • Work with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, or promotional activities as needed.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent (business/marketing background preferred).
  • 1–2 years of sales experience (medical industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
