Job Description

  • Maintain and record daily financial transactions accurately
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor and control project budgets and construction-related costs
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
  • Handle tax calculations, filings, and liaise with relevant authorities
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Review and track project expenses, subcontractor payments, and material costs
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B. Com, B. Act, ACCA Part II/III preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, MYOB, QuickBooks)
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
