Job Description

  • Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
  • Monitor cash flow and support effective cash management.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax-related processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide financial insights for management review.
  • Monitor credit transactions and support effective credit control.
  • Manage monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial control procedures.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in financial operations and reporting activities.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
  • Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager / CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or related Accounting/Finance qualification.
  • CPA qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial controls.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage financial tasks accurately.
