Job Description

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate company vehicles, transportation arrangements, and related activities.
  • Monitor office maintenance and facility management.
  • Manage office utilities and ensure proper usage and availability.
  • Maintain company asset records and support asset control processes.
  • Arrange business travel plans, accommodations, and related logistics.
  • Coordinate with government offices and external parties when required.
  • Handle office procurement activities and maintain necessary records.
  • Prepare administrative reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support administrative procedures and improve office operation efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience in Administration, Office Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of office operations, procurement, and facility management.
