Job Description

နေ့စဉ် Production တာဝန်များကို ရေးဆွဲပြီး အချိန်မှန်ထုတ်လုပ်နိုင်ရန် စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးရန်။
Product Items များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့်စံနှုန်းများအတိုင်း တိကျစွာပြင်ဆင်ထုတ်လုပ် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
လိုအပ်ပါက Junior Baker / Baker Assistant များကို Training ပေးရန်။
New Product Items များအတွင် R&D ပိုင်းတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Raw materials & baking ingredients stock ကို စစ်ဆေး၊ requisition ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Cleanliness, hygiene, food safety rules များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Daily bakery report, wastage control, quality control များစီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Equipment maintenance issue များကို chef/management သို့ report တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

Baking field တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (2–5) နှစ်အထက် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Baking techniques, ingredients knowledge, oven control အထူးကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Junior team members ကို လမ်းညွှန်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Attention to detail & quality control ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Basic computer skill ရှိပါက ကောင်းမွန်ပါသည်။ (production record) ရှိလျှင် ဂုဏ်ယူခွင့်
Food safety, hygiene rules နားလည်ပြီး လိုက်နာဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
