Job Description

Coffee အရသာ၊ အရည်အသွေးနှင့် အပြင်အဆင်များကို တိကျစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Bar Counter ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Coffee Bean, Milk, Syrup, Bar Supplies များကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Coffee Machine & Equipment များကို သန့်ရှင်းရေးနှင့် အခြေခံပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Customer Service ကိုကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပေးနိုင်ခြင်းနှင့် Customer Feedback များကို စနစ်တကျ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
အခြားလိုအပ်သော တာဝန်များကိုဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

Barista ပိုင်းနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂-၃) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
Barista ပိုင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် Knowledge သိရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ (Certificate preferred)
Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ပြီး၊ Junior များကို သင်ကြားနိုင်ရမည်။
Customer Handling & Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Shift / Weekend / Public Holiday တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Professional Attitude, Positive Mindset, Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
