Job Description

Supervise and manage electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation
Review electrical designs, drawings, calculations, and technical submittals
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
Monitor and inspect site installation works for quality and compliance
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and as-built records
Guide, supervise, and support training of junior engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related. (Professional Engineer certification is an advantage)
5–8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. (Knowledge of electrical design software is an advantage.)
Strong business communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
Professional, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and results-driven mindset.
