Manage the project from conception to completion, including cost estimation and capital expenditure budgeting.
Handle User Requirement Specifications (URS), analyze technical offers, and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), commissioning, and qualification.
Liaise with vendors, cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Commercial), and foreign technical consultants to meet timelines.
Ensure the facility meets cGMP, WHO, and local regulatory standards while developing technical CAD drawings and project plans.
Obtain necessary government approvals for infrastructure and environmental requirements.

B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated process industries.
Basic knowledge of cleanroom technology, HVAC, and process machinery; proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
Strong project management and communication skills; background in project work is an advantage.
