Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to meet business staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Support training needs assessment and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee performance management.
  • Handle employee relations matters and support a positive working environment.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee records accurately.
  • Support organization development initiatives and HR improvement projects.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support HR projects and other HR-related activities as assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • HR Diploma or related HR qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR processes.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks effectively.
