Job Description

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, trade shows, product launches, and brand activation events.
Implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and strengthen brand awareness across digital and traditional channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Develop and implement CRM activities, customer engagement programs, and loyalty initiatives.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations teams to align marketing activities with stock availability and sales objectives.
Manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution and post-campaign evaluation.
Monitor campaign performance and ROI against agreed objectives.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports, market analysis, and recommendations for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Automotive, Industrial Products, FMCG, or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of marketing campaign planning and execution.
Experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, and market research.
Good analytical, communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop practical marketing ideas.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant marketing/CRM tools.
