Job Description

Supervise, manage, and maintain electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation across projects and facilities.
Review and coordinate electrical designs, drawings, load calculations, and technical submittals.
Oversee electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, emergency power, generators, and UPS.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure proper integration of electrical works.
Monitor and inspect site installation works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications and regulations.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and system failures.
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, progress reports, test records, and as-built drawings.
Identify technical issues, provide solutions, and escalate critical matters to management when required.
Guide, supervise, and support training and development of junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP projects. (3–5 years in a managerial role.)
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation, testing, and commissioning
Strong project management, leadership, and coordination skills
Experience working with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skill.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong business communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
