Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, event organizers, and walk-in customers.
Promote birthday party packages, membership programs, group bookings, and special events.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-up communication.
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and competitor activities.
Assist in staff training related to sales and customer service standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, recreation, or entertainment industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office & PowerPoint; knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Team player with leadership potential.
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
