Job Description

  • Achieve assigned sales revenue, gross profit, and collection targets across designated territories and product lines.
  • Identify, approach, develop, and onboard new dealers, distributors, B2B customers, and business partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor customer orders, reorder rates, outstanding payments, and overall account performance.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular market surveys and monitor competitor pricing, products, and market activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to increase sales and market coverage.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market updates for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, wholesale sales, dealer management, or related sales functions.
  • Experience in Automotive, Lubricant, Tyre, Battery, Spare Parts, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong sales planning, business development, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities, when required.
