Job Description

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and business partners.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers and potential dealers.
  • Execute sales and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market presence.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse Departments to ensure product availability and smooth sales operations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and submit periodic sales performance and market reports.
  • Support promotional campaigns, events, and product launching activities.
  • Execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Experience in Automotive / Lubricant / Tyre / Battery / Spare Parts industries is preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
