Job Description

  • Manage overall site planning, coordination, and execution of construction works.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
  • Plan, monitor, and control site progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, construction, and site-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety rules, site regulations, and local authority requirements. (YCDC/MCDC)
  • Coordinate site inspections and ensure compliance with authority approvals and regulations.
  • Control construction costs by minimizing rework, delays, and material wastage.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress and technical reports.
  • Attend site meetings and provide technical input and progress updates.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management or supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction site engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Familiar with local authority regulations and procedures. (YCDC /MCDC)
  • Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with strong coordination skills.
