Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
Present menus and provide recommendations when requested.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns politely.
Prepare tables by setting up utensils, napkins, and other dining essentials.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area.
Assist with café events, promotions, or seasonal activities.
Follow all café service standards and safety guidelines.

High school education or equivalent.
Previous experience in F&B service is preferred (but training will be provided).
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Good communication skills in Myanmar (English is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
