Job Description

  • နေ့စဥ် Operation လည်ပတ်မှုများကိုကြီးကြပ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်(Such as opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service)
  • ဆိုင်မဖွင့်မီ လိုအပ်သော ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်မှုများကို Team နှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ ဦးဆောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
  • Company မှ ချမှတ်ထားသော Recipe များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာဖျော်စပ်ခြင်း
  • Customer များအား Menu, Promotion များနှင့် ပတ်သတ်၍ စိတ်ရှည်စွာ ‌ရှင်းပြခြင်း
  • Staff member များအား လိုအပ်သော operation နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့် training များပေးရန်
  • Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်ပေါ်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများလုပ်ဆောင်ရန်
  • ကုန်လက်ကျန်စာရင်းများကို ပြုလုပ်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် လိုအပ်သော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ Warehouse မှ မှာယူခြင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
  • Drink များ၏ အရသာနှင့်Qulity ပြောင်းလဲမှုမရှိစေရန်အတွက် စီမံထိန်းသိမ်းရန်(Quality Control)
  • Customer များ ဆိုင်အတွင်း ဝင်ရောက်လာသည်မှ ထွက်ခွာသည်အထိ အကောင်းမွန်ဆုံး Service များ‌ ပေးခြင်း
  • Service Area ကို အမြဲ သန့်ရှင်းစေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း
  • Closing နှင့် After service တွင် Kitchen Area ကို သန့်ရှင်းမှုသေချာစေရန် Double-check စစ်ဆေးခြင်း

Requirements

  • ဆယ်တန်းအောင် (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၁ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
  • Communication skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး မိမိ၏ team ကို ကောင်းမွန်ခိုင်မာသောဦးဆောင်မှု နှင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Problem-solving skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
  • Fast- place environment တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး အလုပ်များစွာကို တစ်ပြိုင်နက် ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရမည်
