Job Description

  • Supervise daily construction site operations and activities.
  • Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
  • Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
  • Monitor material usage and site manpower.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
  • Solve technical issues and provide engineering support at the site.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Check measurements and verify completed work quantities.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate project updates.

Requirements

  • AGTI / B. Tech / B.E (Civil) or related engineering qualification.
  • Minimum (1–3) years of experience in construction or site supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and reporting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
