Job Description

Assist Assistant Site Engineers and Junior Engineers in managing and executing daily site activities.
Supervise construction workers and provide clear instructions based on approved method statements and work procedures.
Ensure workers follow safety precautions and site regulations at all times.
Monitor daily worker attendance, manpower allocation, material arrivals, and work progress.
Supervise construction activities according to engineering instructions, drawings, and project schedules.
Monitor workers’ performance and ensure assigned tasks are completed according to required standards and timelines.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and other site personnel to resolve day-to-day construction issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at the project site.
Prepare and submit daily site work reports, manpower records, material updates, and activity logs to the Site Engineer.
Support the project team in achieving daily and overall project targets.

Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
Practical experience in building construction, civil, structural, or finishing works.
Good understanding of construction methods and daily site operations.
Able to supervise and coordinate construction workers effectively.
Able to monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and engineering instructions.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and site regulations.
Able to prepare daily site reports and maintain basic site records.
Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on construction sites and under pressure.
