Job Description

Head Chef ကို နေ့စဉ် Kitchen လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Food Preparation ကို အရည်အသွေး၊ အရသာနှင့် အပြင်အဆင်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Menu နှင့် Recipe အတိုင်း အစားအစာများ ပြင်ဆင်ချက်နှင့် ချက်ပြုတ်ပေးခြင်း။
Inventory, Stock Level များ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် Ingredient အော်ဒါ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးခြင်း။
Kitchen Hygiene နှင့် Food Safety များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Menu Planning နှင့် Special Event Preparation အတွက် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Shift အတွင်း Workflow အဆင်ပြေစွာလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စေရန် အကူအညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
FOH (Front of House) Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Efficient Service ဖြစ်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Special Orders, Dietary Requests နှင့် Customer Feedback များကို ကိုင်တွယ်စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Head Chef သို့မဟုတ် Management က အပ်နှံသည့် အခြားတာဝန်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

Culinary Arts Diploma (သို့) Certificate ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂–၄) နှစ် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Cooking Techniques, Kitchen Operations နှင့် Food Safety ပိုင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Leadership နှင့် Team Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Shift / Weekend / Public Holiday အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
