Job Description

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
  • Perform daily stock reconciliation and verify inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock checks.
  • Prepare stock reports and provide inventory updates to management.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and branches.
  • Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Monitor damaged, expired, and slow-moving inventory.
  • Support stock audit activities and ensure compliance with inventory procedures.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing Department for stock planning and availability.
  • Perform scheduled counter checks for Sub-Warehouse (Sub-WH) inventory.
  • Maintain proper documentation of stock movement and inventory records.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor / Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience in Warehouse, Inventory Control, or Stock Management is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work systematically and coordinate with related departments.
