Job Description

Store ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲ၍ ချောမွေ့စွာလည်ပတ်စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Sales Target များပြည့်မီစေရန် အရောင်းအဖွဲ့အား ဦးဆောင်စီမံခြင်း။
Staff Schedule၊ Attendance၊ Performance နှင့် Team Development ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
Inventory၊ Stock Control နှင့် Product Display များကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Customer Service Standard ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး Customer Complaint များကို ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
POS၊ Inventory System နှင့် Daily Sales Report များကို စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြုခြင်း။
Store Operation၊ Financial Control နှင့် SOP များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်စေခြင်း။
Management ထံသို့ Sales၊ Inventory နှင့် Operational Report များ တင်ပြခြင်း။

Requirements

ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Retail၊ Sales (သို့) Store Management လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Leadership၊ Decision Making နှင့် Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Communication Skill နှင့် Team Management Skill အားကောင်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Result-oriented ဖြစ်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Fashion၊ Streetwear၊ Lifestyle နှင့် Café Culture ကို စိတ်ဝင်စားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Basic English Communication ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Sales၊ Inventory၊ POS System၊ Excel နှင့် Basic Financial Knowledge ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
