Job Description

Supervise sales staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain good customer relations and resolve complaints effectively.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or head office for replacement.
Ensure store display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

Any graduate or above (Business or Retail background preferred).
2–3 years of experience in sales or store operations.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
