Job Description

  • Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Store items properly and ensure correct labeling and storage conditions.
  • Issue materials according to approved requests and maintain stock records.
  • Update inventory records (manual or system) accurately and on time.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist in stock taking activities.
  • Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Follow company policies and internal control procedures.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a storekeeper or warehouse staff.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and documentation.
  • Physically fit and able to handle stock items.
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
