Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure across the organization.
Install, configure, and support Windows and Linux servers, applications, and related services.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security, ensuring minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot system, server, and network issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data security protocols.
Maintain up-to-date system documentation, procedures, and asset records.
Support end-users with system-related technical issues and provide guidance.
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, IT projects, and technology improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and corporate governance requirements.
Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to deliver reliable IT services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration
Basic knowledge of networking.
Experience with backup, security, and monitoring tools
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong business communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
Knowledge of IT governance, security policies, and disaster recovery is an advantage.
