Job Description

Develop and implement Strategic Talent Acquisition Plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
Supervise and manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process within the organization.
Enhance Employer Branding through social media, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and workforce planning.
Build and maintain Talent Networks for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
Effectively utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Ensure fair and unbiased recruitment practices throughout the hiring process.
Analyze recruitment data, hiring costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic recommendations.
Prepare and present comprehensive recruitment reports to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Proficiency in using recruitment platform software and ATS.
Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and bottlenecks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Stakeholder Management skills.
Proficiency in both Myanmar and English for professional business communication.
Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law is a highly preferred advantage.
