Job Description

Service Team ကို ဦးဆောင်စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Customer များအတွက် Service Standard ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပေးရန်။
Customer Complaint များကို ယဉ်ကျေးစွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးရန်။
Order Accuracy ကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး Kitchen/Bar သို့ တိတိကျကျပို့ဆောင်ပေးရန်။
Table Turnover, Seating Arrangement များကို စနစ်တကျစီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးရန်။
New Staff များကို Training များ စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Daily Opening/Closing Duty များ စစ်ဆေးတင်ပြပေးရန်။
Cash Handling နှင့် Billing Process ကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Dining Area သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းပေးရန်။

Requirements

သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂-၃) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Leadership Skill & Customer Service Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Complaint Handling ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Positive Attitude ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Teamwork, Responsibility ရှိရမည်။
English စကားပြောဆိုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ပါက အားသားချက်ဖြစ်သည်။
